These rules binding the conditions of the competition "Fine Art America voucher competition worth € 100 for framed prints" (hereinafter referred to as the "competition"), which takes place on the Larson-Juhl CZ/DE/NL Facebook.
1. Organizer of the competition
1. The organizer of the competition is Larson-Juhl s.r.o. ID: 04155823, with its registered office at Tovární 117, ?eský Krumlov, postal code 381 01, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
1.2. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, evaluated or administered in any way by the operators of the Instagram or Facebook social network. Instagram and Facebook Operators do not incur any obligations or rights in relation to the Competitors in connection with this Competition and Instagram and Facebook have no obligations towards the Participants in this Competition.
2. Participation in the competition and rules
2.1. The competition is open to consumers - all persons with permanent residence in the Czech Republic/Germany/Netherlands, older than 18 years (hereinafter "Participant").
2.2. The competition runs from 18. 11. 2022 00:00 hod. do 27. 11. 2022 24:00 in Teh Netherlands.
2.3. The condition for participation in the competition is answering the competition question asked in competition post entry on Facebook on the Larson-Juhl NL profile. The answer must be shared in comment section under the post.
Competition question:
In which country is located the main production of Larson-Juhl frames?
2.4. Employees, family members and persons close to the Competition Organizer and the agencies and companies involved in the implementation of this Competition are excluded from the Competition. Competitors and all competition reviews that do not meet the conditions for the review will be excluded from the competition.
3. Winner
3.1. At the end of the competition, no later than the 14th day of the following month, the jury will select 1 winner by drawing lots.
3.2. The winners of the competition will receive a prize announced by the Organizer, a voucher worth € 100 to the e-shop www.fineartamerica.com.
3.3. The prize will be sent to the winners no later than 30 days after the end of the competition in the given month.
3.4. Winners will be contacted via a message on Facebook and will be asked to send their email address to which the prize voucher will be sent within 7 days at the latest. In the event that the winner does not provide the required information within the specified period, the Organizer will not be able to send the prize and their entitlement to the prize will lapse.
3.5. By handing over the prize, all obligations of the Organizer towards the winners stipulated by these rules are fulfilled.
3.6. The Organizer is not responsible for any risks associated with the realization of the prize, does not assume any obligations to the winners other than those set out in these rules and the winners are not entitled to any other performance by the Organizer than stated in these rules.
3.7. The participant of the competition bears all costs incurred in connection with participation in the competition (especially the costs of own internet connection, etc.). The Participant acknowledges that it is not possible to demand or demand payment of costs associated with participation in the competition from the Organizer.
4. Protection of personal data

The consent can be revoked at any time, but the participant's participation in the competition will be terminated upon revocation. Personal data is stored securely in electronic form, while processing takes place manually.
4.3. The administrator of personal data is the organizer of the competition.
4.4. The purpose of processing is to ensure the organization, management and evaluation of the competition and the handing over of the prize.
4.5. The personal data of the participant of the competition will be processed for the duration of the event and 90 days after its end in order to check the fulfillment of the conditions of the competition and in case of the need to choose a substitute winner.
4.6. After this period, personal data will be kept only to the extent necessary due to possible control of the competition by the supervisory authority and, if necessary, proof that the organizer has complied with the laws and rules of the competition for a maximum of five years from the end of the competition.
4.7. For the above purpose, personal data of competitors will be processed to the extent of: Name and surname, e-mail address.
4.8. Personal Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
In particular, the participant has the following rights, namely the right to transparency of processing, the right to information and access to data, the right to rectify and delete data, the right to restrict data processing and the right to data portability, according to the regulation for direct marketing purposes, including profiling. The participant has the right not to be the subject of a decision based on automated processing, including profiling.
5. Rights and obligations of the Organizer
5.1. The organizer is entitled to change the rules and conditions of the competition, winnings and duration of the competition at any time during the competition. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the entire competition at any time for serious reasons. All winnings are legally unenforceable. Participation in the competition does not give rise to a legal right to winnings.
5.2. To verify the procedure in accordance with the rules of the competition, the organizer reserves the right to ask the participant to send a proof of purchase for the product for which the participant wrote a review.
5.3. By participating in the competition, each participant agrees to its rules. The entrant further agrees that the organizer is entitled, if it so decides, to publish the competition entry free of charge, including photographs and, where appropriate, the names, portraits and video or audio recordings of the winners on the organizer's intranet or website and its social networks, and in printed or online advertising in connection with this competition. The Organizer will request the consent of the competition participant for any further data processing. Consent under this paragraph may be revoked at any time.
